Our Start
ICS was formed to fill a gap in the cutting service industry
The founders of ICS identified the need to enhance the waterjet cutting service experience by implementing advanced technology and innovative management strategies for maximum efficiency. With over a decade of experience in the aerospace industry, they recognized a gap in the market for a waterjet cutting company that offers same-day quotes and quick lead times.
Consequently, ICS opened its doors in July 2020 with two waterjets. Since then, the facility has expanded to include six state-of-the-art Flow waterjet machines. These machines boast the industry's fastest cutting speeds and highest accuracy, making ICS the premier choice for tight-tolerance cutting.

With over 12 years of industry experience, he excels in CAD drawings, measuring tolerances, and quoting waterjet cutting projects. Over the past four years, Rick has played a crucial role in advancing ICS to the next level.

QUALITY MANAGERCarolyn spent three years at Lynn Welding as a Quality Associate, focusing on weld quality and NADCAP requirements. She then transitioned to ICS as a Quality Associate, where she has been instrumental in implementing AS9100 and aerospace customer requirements. Recently, she successfully led the 2024 AS9100 audit.
