Flow Waterjet Machines
Intelligent Cutting Solutions (ICS) utilizes state-of-the-art Flow waterjet machines, renowned for their industry-leading cutting speeds and precision. The machines at ICS incorporate the following advanced waterjet technologies:
Taper Compensation: ICS’s Flow waterjet machines are equipped with automatic taper compensation, featuring an articulating wrist that eliminates stream lag and kerf taper errors, ensuring the most accurate cuts at higher speeds.
5-Axis and Bevel Cuts: The Dynamic XD™ cutting head allows ICS's waterjets to cut bevels up to 60° and handle complex 3D shapes. The cutting head wrist articulation supports motion up to 89°.
FlowCut® Software: FlowCut software quickly converts most design files into waterjet pathing, enabling ICS to program most parts within minutes. The software includes a fully integrated 3D modeling module for programming 3D (5-axis) and beveled cutting.
HyperJet® 94i-S Intensifier Pump: ICS’s waterjet pump operates at 94,000 PSI, nearly doubling the cutting speed compared to conventional waterjet pump systems.

Key Components
The Machine
ICS operates three Flow Mach 500 machines equipped with 5-axis cutting heads and three Flow Mach 300 machines with standard waterjet cutting heads.
The Control System
The waterjet control system comprises the operator's interface, feedback systems, and the FlowXpert Software utilized by ICS's operators to program and operate the machines.
The HyperJet Pump
The HyperJet 94,000 PSI intensifier pump with dual pressure control enables ICS's waterjet machines to cut more rapidly and enhance production capabilities.
